Our body secretes oils that help in keeping our skin healthy, but there can be too much of a good thing. Extra oil can lead to blemishes and acne flare-ups.
People with oily skin need a combination of natural cleansers (rich in antioxidants and antiseptics), Fresh Aloe Vera and a nourishing night-time oil. This home remedy will help in controlling oil, & keeps the skin calm and disinfectant and clears clogged pores without causing irritation or drying out the skin. The result will be clear, more even-toned, healthy skin with fewer blemishes. You can do following mini facial at home to get best results for your skin.
The homemade remedy includes the following treatments:
• Persian Cleanser: Fuller’s earth (Multani mitti), Borax (Suhaga), Rose Water
• Fresh Aloe Vera

MORNING

Cleansing your skin in the morning and applying a skin clarifying lotion is essential to get a clear skin.

Step 1: Cleanse your skin with the Persian cleanser. This simple homemade recipe includes Fuller’s earth (Multani mitti), Borax (Suhaga), and Rose Water: Here’s how you make it:
Grind Fuller’s earth to obtain a fine powder.
Combine Borax with the powder.
Add Rose Water to the mixture until you get an acceptable consistency.
Apply a liberal amount of the paste on the dry skin to coat the entire face (including the neck, if you feel breakouts on your neck), leave for 10 minutes and rinse well. Pat dry the skin and immediately apply an organic moisturizer suitable for oily, acne prone skin. You can follow our suggestion to use this face pack for glowing skin.
NIGHT
It’s necessary to cleanse your face and apply a skin clarifying lotion at night to get rid of day’s worth of oil, dirt and make-up. This helps in optimal repair of your skin while you sleep. Night creams give your skin a chance to nourish themselves without getting disturbed.
Step 1: Wash with the Persian cleanser. Apply a liberal amount of the paste on the dry skin needed to coat the entire face (including the neck, if you feel breakouts on your neck), leave for 5-10 minutes and rinse well.
Step 2: Apply fresh Aloe Vera gel all over the face thrice a week (Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday), leave for 20 minutes and then wash thoroughly.
Step 3: Thrice a week (Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday) apply Jojoba oil on a dry face 10-15 minutes before going to bed. Leave it on for the night.
